Personal Training Options

Strength Training

Traditional strength training, but make it work for you! Using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, or even that heavy bag of rice in your pantry—whatever you’ve got, we’ll turn it into a tool for building strength and confidence. Expect a mix of plyometrics, functional movements, and progressive resistance to keep you challenged and engaged.

Mat Pilates

Classic mat Pilates with a modern twist! We’ll focus on core strength, flexibility, and control using traditional exercises. Have Pilates accessories? Great! Don’t have any? No worries! Just bring yourself, a mat, and a willingness to move. This low-impact yet effective workout will leave you feeling stronger and more balanced.

At Home Workouts

No gym? No problem! We’ll use whatever you have on hand—resistance bands, light dumbbells, Pilates accessories, or even household items. The key is creativity! You’ll be surprised how effective a workout can be with just a little space and the right moves.

Dance

Whether you want to master ballet basics, improve your barre technique, or just dance it out with some cardio-inspired moves, this is your chance to move with joy! We’ll work on posture, strength, and rhythm—or just let loose and have fun. No dance experience required, just a good attitude and a willingness to groove!
