Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my page. I’m Julia, and I’m passionate about healthy living, delicious food, and movement that makes you feel amazing.

​

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Corporate Wellness Health Coach, since 2020 I've been working with clients across the globe, helping people of all ages, shapes, and abilities feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their own skin. But my journey to health and wellness wasn’t always smooth.

 

My Story: From Struggle to Strength

​

Once upon a time, I had a terrible relationship with food—and with myself. Growing up as a ballet dancer with a difficult childhood, I developed an eating disorder at just 15 years old. For years, I was trapped in a cycle of self-hate and unhealthy habits, believing that punishing my body was the only way to find control.

​

Everything changed when an injury forced me to stop dancing. At 30 years old, I had a choice: continue down a destructive path or start healing. I chose to heal.

​

I began to see food as fuel rather than an enemy. I started running, practicing yoga, and exploring Pilates. The stronger I became, the more my mindset shifted. Cooking—something I had always loved—became an act of self-care rather than a source of guilt. And when I discovered weightlifting, everything fell into place.

​

Now, over a decade later, I’m here to tell you: a healthier, happier life is possible for ANYONE. It’s not about perfection. It’s about commitment to change and self-love.

​

Why I Do What I Do

​

I know firsthand how hard it is to break free from unhealthy cycles. Even today, challenges arise—but the difference is that now, I have the tools to overcome them.

​

That’s why I’m here: to share everything I’ve learned, so you don’t have to figure it out the hard way.
